SINGAPORE QIGONG AND TAIJIQUAN
Happy New Year! In person classes will resume on Monday, January 11th. A new Tuesday morning Taijiquan class will be offered beginning January the 19th at 7.30am.
All classes at the Botanic Gardens have resumed. As numbers are still restricted for in person classes, there are only a few spaces open for new students each week. The Sunday morning Qigong class is offered in person and over Zoom.

JOSEPH PAU
Joseph Pau is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of the internal martial arts. He began his training in Chen style Xinyi Hunyuan Taijiquan in 1993 under the guidance of Harrison Moretz at the Taoist Studies Institute in Seattle, WA. Joseph is a 20th generation Chen Style Taijiquan and 3rd generation Hunyuan Taijiquan disciple.
A lifelong teacher, Joseph has been teaching Taijiquan and Qigong for over two decades.
Joseph's passion is to help students cultivate the internal martial arts and to transmit the genuine nature of what he has learned. Part of what motivates his love of teaching is seeing the delight that students have, when they begin to understand something that was not apparent to them before.
